Restaurant Week Grand Rapids takes place annually. This is Grand Rapids time to showcase and celebrate the “Art of Dining Out” tasting earth-to-table menu creations from scores of restaurants, including SpeakEZ Lounge!

Course One

SHERRIED LAMB POPS
Dry Sherry marinated lamb chops, Potato Cakes & Sage Beurre Noisette

FEIJOADA
Brazilian Gaucho Chili with a Cotija Cheese Crisp

SUNFLOWER RISOTTO CAKES v
Toasted Sunflower Kernels with Saffron Risotto Topped with Veganaisse Roasted Garlic Aioli

Course Two

“HARRIETTA HILLS” TROUT
Seared “Harrietta Hills” Trout (Head On) stuffed with Buttered Parsnips; topped with Walnut Bread Sauce, served with Slivered Cucumber Dill Salad.

MOREL MUSHROOM TOFU STIR-FRY v
Local Morel Mushrooms, Sliced and Sautéed with Crispy Tofu, Sugar Snap Peas, Broccoli, Baby Corn, Cashews, and Sriracha. Topped with a Sweet Soy Drizzle.

CHIMICHURRI BEEF
Gooseneck Round Marinated in an Argentinean Parsley Pesto and Stewed for 8 Hours. Accompanied by Balsamic Herbed Mushroom Spaetzle.

Course Three

WHITE CHOCOLATE KIRSCH BON BON
Cherry Liqueur Folded into a White Chocolate Ganache and Hand Dipped in a Dark Chocolate Shell.

WALNUT PRALINE WITH FRESH BERRIES v
Smart Balance Vegan Butter, Chopped Walnuts and Brown Sugar all baked into a Rich Crunchy Praline.
Topped with Fresh Raspberries, Blackberries, and Strawberries.

RUM & PLUM CAKE Á LA MODE
Plums soaked in Rum with Cake & Vanilla Ice Cream
