Brewing is more than just throwing yeast in some grain water and calling it a day. Crafting great beer requires an understanding of the chemistry, biochemistry, and biology constantly going on behind the scenes. Come see Dr. Eric Janson, brewing operations manager at Odd Side Ales, talk about some of the hard science behind your favorite suds.
